My wife and I took the pour over class at Tradition with Tim and Neil. Both were extremely knowledgeable about coffee and gave us great insight to speciality coffee roasting and what makes Tradition unique. We walked away with more coffee knowledge, additional roasters to check out in our home state, and an experience that will last for a lifetime. We walked away with a bag of their award-winning espresso and coffee of the month Candy Land. The coffee is well-worth the trip to Tradition and family feel of the location and business.

Amazing drinks, kind and friendly staff, positive energy:) I love the simple drinks like iced americano and the cold brew from which you can really taste the quality of the coffee but the fun drinks are amazing too. They don’t use generic syrups like other coffee shops and you can see your drink be made. I love that there are also baked goods that are vegan and gluten free available I highly recommend you also sign up for one of the tours/tastings cuz it’s so interesting and you get to taste different coffees and learn about them. The atmosphere is great for working and there is good and fast WiFi!!

What a cool spot and story! Everyone was so sweet when I asked a million questions about the space, their mission, and recommendations. Such a unique business concept in the industrial park! You walk in and there is a food truck, then the coffee shop, then a roasting operation, then a gallery upstairs, and down below is a gym. Nicely symbiotic. I loved the fact that you can see them roasting while grabbing a latte. The metal cross above the tasting bar gave me chills knowing it was from WTC. Our drinks were great. We grabbed a bag of Firehouse and have been enjoying it at home for a while. Hope to do a tasting soon too!

Delicious iced Latte 10/10. My husband got the hot cortado and it was made perfectly! Also the art shop at the top of the space was mega cute! Some super sweet photographers work there if you need one!

We had the pleasure of doing a cupping session with Sarah and it was excellent! Sarah gave us a tour of the Tradition Coffee Roaster space and shared lots of cool facts about the roasting process as a whole as well as Hawaiian coffee (Kona) in particular. We had a lot of fun exploring the tastes and aromas of the brewed coffee and learning about Q Graders. If you’re on the island, definitely make a pit stop here because everyone is super warm and lovely and incredibly passionate about coffee - you won’t want to miss it!! A big shout out to Lindsey, the owner, too who took the time to chat with us as well. Can’t wait to go back again soon!

This was hands down the best coffee shop on the island! Got the usual hot latte whole milk and it was hitting. I wanted to try out some pastries as they looked amazing, but the flies in the pastry case had the same idea so I had to skip out on that. Would definitely recommend their latte!

This is a nice place for the remote workers. We had iced matcha latte and it was very good. The drive to there was smooth and relaxing with a Lot of nature on the way. The place has a parking lot. And a nice art gallery upstairs. The servers are cool and kind!
